The cover is installed and a peach colored card in the label holder reds "552".There is a metal label at the top of the card that says, "Property of International Business Machines Corp. and 590 Madison, Ave. New York, N.Y." In the middle of the label there is Dymo label that says, "Tas L.". At the bottom of the board there are remnants of the white sticker.
