There are yellow cloth covered wires placed in the board. The plastic covers at the top of the plugs are gray. There is a metal label at the front of the board that reads, "Property of International Business Machines Corp. 901320619 Endicott, New York, U.S.A. On the opposite end of the board there is a blank paper label. There is a white label at the bottom of the of the frame that says, "REPRODUCE TRUC SYSTEM RECEIPT CARDS TO GMC ORDER CARDS (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CORRECT HEADER CARD) Beaver".
