There are two rows of ICs. Where a third row would be, there is a single IC. There is a 2 inch by 2 inch soldered square in the upper right corner. There are 50 flat connection point along the bottom of the board. On the back, there is a white piece of tape with "Helios Controller" handwritten on it.
