Object is a logic probe for testing digital circuits. The hand-held part has a pointed wire which you touch to a test point. The light in the end is bright or dark to show high or low status, or blinks to show changes. The other end of the wire should terminate in two wire clamps, one red and one black, to provide power to the probe. The red clamp is missing.
