DescriptionPersonal Computing Magazine was initially published in November 1983 by Hayden Publishing Company, Inc. It's stated mission was to provide an overview of what quality software was currently available and a review of what it was like to use. In September 1984, after 11 months of publication, Hayden folded Personal Software into another Hayden publication, Personal Computing, citing the glut of computer magazines and the difficulty in attracting advertising revenue.
