From the original description:"The clearVISN Router Manager is an SNMP-based application which discovers and manges multivendor routers (Digital, 3Com, Cisco, Bay) and their interfaces. With this clearVISN application, the user is able to trace a path through the network from one router to another, aiding in troubleshouting and problem isolation. The status of routers can be monitored with support for alarms notification. The graphical display of router performance, including trend analysis allows for easy capacity planning and monitoring.
