Description

The idea was to build a 1 pixel 'camera' that could be positioned via 2 stepper motors and read four channels of image information for white, red, green, and blue. The lens focused an image on 4 plastic fiber optic light guides which were routed to 4 RCA 931 photo-multiplier tubes, amplified and digitized with a 16 bit data aquisition system. The result was read into a Imlac computer. The Imlac also sent commands to the stepper moters to move the image point.
