This collection contains Janice Lourie's material related to her career. 

She made a major contribution to the history of computer-aided design and to the automation of the textile industry with her pathbreaking “Textile Graphics” system of the late 1960s and early 1970s at IBM. For this system, she was awarded the first IBM software patent.
