Description

The B-7971 was the largest "Nixie" display tube ever made. It was one of the few in the Nixie family that was alphanumeric, using a set of 12 segments to display any alphabetic letter, in a 3.5" high window. The B- 7971 was used in special computing installations, in display signs, and in message boards. [Text by Donor.]
