A sense amplifier from Honeywell H4200/8200 computer. It was used in a 2 core/bit electrically alternable read only memory. The memory specifications were 2048 words x120 bits with a 150 nsec cycle time. The technology employed was hybrid circuits on a ceramic substrate. Thick film resistors were screened on and sandblasted- trimmed to specifications. The sample includes transistors- diodes-capacitors and an open leaded-twisted pair balloon transformer.
