A former journalist at the New York Times, Nicole Perlroth is an expert in cyber security. She is the author of the bestselling book and winner of the Financial Times and McKinsey Business Book of the Year for 2021, This Is How They Tell Me The World Ends, about the global cyber arms race. The book, and several of her Times articles, have been optioned for television. A Bay Area native, Perlroth is a guest lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a graduate of Princeton University and Stanford University.
