Taiwanese Information Technology (IT) pioneers : oral history series
These 10 oral histories of some of the key IT pioneers in Taiwan were recorded in February and March of 2011 with Craig Addison and Ling-Fei Lin serving as interviewers. The National Science Council, Taiwan, R.O.C. organized and underwrote the costs associated with these oral histories. The videos were produced, transcribed, translated and subtitled by Taiwan National Television personnel. The topics discussed in these oral histories are wide-ranging, but are generally anchored in the multiple aspects of the early years of Taiwan’s high tech industry, with special emphasis on semiconductors and PCs.
