A white, oval, paper sticker covers most of the above text. The sticker reads "MAR 79 9033977 CS." Reverse side of substrate (with solder joints) reads "50 OHM OR BUS DRIVER B683C" along the edge. Obverse side has several components and is marked with three inspection stamps; two circles and one triangle. All stamps are black. "FLIP CHIP" can be read through substrate, between rivets. A repeating "W" pattern in red print is visible on the substrate.
