Object comprises three identical units. Each is a clear plastic block with an array of small holes. About 1/4 of the holes are occupied by pass-through connectors which are gold-plated. One end of each pass-through is set up for a solder connection while the other is a wire-wrap pin. The designation "test adapter interposers" is from a post-it note found with the objects.
