There is a small handmade fluorescent fixture panel wired to the object through a louver opening. There is a bag tied to the object with items found inside. Inside the bag are two coil springs, a pluggable relay, a helical clutch spring, a small piece of sheet metal hardware, two IBM tape reel labels, and two IBM punch cards.
