One (1) potentiometer module with light green circuit board and 14 components attached to the front. The middle set of 8 components have adjustment screws. An aluminum handle is attached to one edge, with a white and orange paper label affixed to the face of the handle. The label is marked "SCIENTIFIC DATA SYSTEMS SANTA MONICA CALIF." "POTENTIOMETER SCIENTIFIC DATA SYSTEMS" is printed on the front of the module in white. The back of the module is marked in black with three inspection stamps.
