Description

One (1) R401 module with green board and a red plastic extraction handle attached by two rivets. The handle reads "DIGITAL EQUIPMENT CORPORATION MAYNARD, MASSACHUSETTS" in raised letters on the solder-side. "412 M" is inside on the handle inbetween the above text. The board on the solder side reads "CLOCK R401H" and "2-74P" along the right edge. There are three black, inspection stamps on the component-side, one circular, one ssquare, and one triangle. "FLIP CHIP" is visible through the substrate, between the rivets. A repeating pattern of "don" is printed in red on the substrate.
