The record contains a module with eight 12-pin square relays and eight 8-pin round relays plugged into sockets. Toward the bottom of the module there is a row of eight potentiometers that have slotted and locking shafts. Below these are eight banana jacks with alternating red and black insulators; one of the jacks is missing. Mounted vertically along each side of the front panel are 15 position one-screw terminal strips to which are attached cutoff wires terminated with spade lugs.
