This record contains one electron beam gun. It is composed of a large circular piece at one end. This piece has three valve type objects protruding from it, one of which has the words "Varian. Made in U.S.A." engraved on it. This circular piece has a large circular indent in which three metal rods are attached. These metal rods protrude from the indentation, and end in a second circular metal piece. In between the two metal pieces attached by the rods are mutliple smaller circular metal pieces. These smaller circular pieces are stacked next to one another and attached using small ceramic standoffs. There are also tube shaped components attached to these smaller circular pieces with wires.
