Description

This oral history traces the life and contributions of John Darringer, who, at the time of this interview, was the manager of System Level Design at IBM research in Yorktown Heights. John earned a BSEE in 1964, a MSEE in 1965, and a PhD in 1969 from Carnegie Mellon University.
