Jim Healy is president and CEO of Logic Vision, a company that provides embedded test technology to improve “time-to-yield” in the manufacturing of semiconductors. Prior to joining LogicVision, Healy held various senior management positions such as president of Spirox USA, president of ASAT USA, executive vice president and general manager of FormFactor, president and CEO of Genus, and president and CEO of Credence Systems. Prior to Credence, Healy was a co-founder and president of Trillium Corporation, which later merged with LTX. Earlier in his career, he was with GenRad Semiconductor Test and also held various positions in marketing and engineering during his 15 years with the Test Systems Division of Fairchild Semiconductor. Healy has a Bachelor’s degree and a Masters of Science degree from California State University at Hayward. In 2001, he won the SEMI Bob Graham award for contributions to marketing in the semiconductor equipment industry. Healy is also the author of two books with Prentice Hall, “Automatic Testing and Evaluation of Digital Integrated Circuits”, published in 1981, and “Winning the High Tech Sales Game”, published in 1984.
