Samuel F. Dabney, commonly known as Ted, co-founded Atari with Nolan Bushnell in 1972. After a stint in the U.S. Marines, Dabney would work on several significant projects, including ERMA for Bank of American, Video File at Ampex, and Computer Space for Nutting Associates. Dabney discusses the founding and first years of Atari in detail, as well as his relationship with Nolan Bushnell, and a career in electronics that spanned four decades.
