Description

This thought-provoking, interactive experience will help you prioritize integrity and ethics in the workplace and equip you with tools for your professional and personal life.

The workshop will be led by Rob Chesnut, author of Intentional Integrity, and founder of the Trust and Safety Department for eBay and the integrity training program for Airbnb, two companies dependent on trust that had to invent the rules in the new frontiers of e-commerce and online platforms.

“Most companies think they have integrity, until they get exposed by data, skewered by the press, boycotted by customers, dropped by investors, and protested by their own employees,” explains Chesnut. “They’ll punish and apologize for transgressions but throw up their hands about how to prevent them—even though they can cost a company everything.”

The Intentional Integrity Workshop aims to encourage ethical revolutions within business cultures, to enhance their reputations, brands and bottom line, and because it’s the right thing to do. Participants will learn:

A hands-on system to assess their organization’s culture of integrity;
A proven approach to change based on years of research and lived experience in organizations;
How to implement cultures of integrity through an industry-tested process.
