The object has two tape handling units for .25" tape cassettes. There is an indicator labeled "WARNING", pushbuttons for each of the tape mechanisms each is labeled "REWINDF". and a larger pushbutton labeled "DISABLE." A note with the object says, "L: tape 1 is OS, R: tape 2 is storage, back has been exposed to water/dust/pollen."
