This is a 32 pin DIP package with gold plated pins on .1 inch center.Both the top and the bottom have transparent glass covers. The top has two largeapparently identical die, each approximately .625" by .5" connected to a much smaller die betwee them. The bottom side has another pair of those came die with what appear to be one large and two smaller surface mount capacitors. All 5 die are wire bonded.
